Refund policy

Returns accepted for 5 days from confirmation of delivery No exceptions.

• Original Condition: Items must be returned in original, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging.
• Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is faulty or damaged, 
• Non-returnable Items: personalized products unless it is received damaged. If damaged by shipping, then customer MUST file a claim per shipping company. Every item that is shipped has insurance.
