3. Local Delivery (Grant County, Indiana)

If you are located within Grant County, Indiana, you have the option to choose personal delivery at checkout. This service is only available for customers residing in Grant County. Please ensure that your shipping address is within this local area when selecting this option.

  • Personal Delivery Timeframe: Local deliveries are typically made within 3-5 business days after your order is processed.
  • Personal Delivery Fees: There may be a nominal fee for personal delivery, depending on your location within Grant County. Details will be provided at checkout.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

7. Order Tracking

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances, but we will do our best to help resolve any problems.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections.

10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with replacements or refunds.  Every package does have insurance on it, we will require customer to file a claim with the shipping provider.
